PIXLEdge
The Edge is a scheme to develop and accredit students personal attributes that are essential for employability and life. These are skills that employers look for when recruiting employees.
The scheme focuses on non-academic strengths of individuals and allows them to showcase these and work towards three different types of accreditation.
Students need to demonstrate five key skills:

- Organisation
- Initiative
- Resilience
- Communication
