Cooperative Values

At ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ we actively promote the Cooperative values of self-help, self-responsibility, equality, solidarity, democracy and equity.

These form an important role in strengthening our school ethos and our links with the local community. The Cooperative values closely match the British Values such as ‘mutual understanding and respect’ and equality and promote values of democracy, respect and tolerance for all races, cultures, faiths and beliefs. Our students study these values within the Personal Development curriculum, across subjects and are embedded throughout school life including PSHRE activities, assemblies, Deep Learning Days and provide students with opportunities to be rewarded by being able to demonstrate these values.

These form an important role in strengthening our school ethos and our links with the local community. Our students study these values within the form time curriculum, across subject curriculums and are embedded throughout school life at WRHS.
